A woman in 2020 went to the dentist to reduce the size of her nostrils.

She found an ad for such an operation on the Internet. 

Immediately after the intervention, the skin around the nose began to blister and rot.

Because of this, the woman has already undergone 13 operations, but she says that she still has not eliminated the consequences of the previous intervention, as she cannot breathe on her own, and a huge scar has formed on her face.

Elielma Carvalho Braga says she is ashamed of her appearance and now wears a special mask to prevent people from seeing her face.

She also claims that she leaves the house only to eat. 

Nose reduction surgery in Brazil can only be performed by specialists, dentists are prohibited, but this did not stop the doctor.

Now the woman is demanding more than $8,100 in compensation from the doctor. 

The doctor claims that he has a lot of experience in performing such interventions and insists that after the operation the injured patient was satisfied with the result, and what happened is allegedly due to health problems of the woman.
