was postponed to a date yet to be defined, so it will no longer start in mid-February, executives of that sport confirmed.

Initially, the start of that tournament was scheduled for the 13th and 14th of next month, but difficulties with the accommodation of the athletes and other people involved will prevent, for the moment, the competitive start.

The methodological preparation course, the technical conference and the selection of reinforcements have also been postponed.

and will face each other in crossed semifinals (1-4 and 2-3) in five-game series to win three

Before the postponement of the start of the LSB, the crossings were to begin on April 16 at the home of the occupants of places three and four, with two crashes, to close at the headquarters of the owners of the first two places in the stage preliminary.

This men's fight will be animated by the current champions of Ciego de Ávila, together with Sancti Spíritus, runner-up in the last edition, Capitalinos, Santiago de Cuba, Artemisa, Villa Clara, Mayabeque and Las Tunas.

Among the females, a tournament is intended for groups of three rounds and several scenarios;

while the keys will be made up of four casts that will face a double match with each rival in the first round.

Later in the second and third phases they will do it in unique confrontations until defining the four qualifiers for the postseason, which will have the same format as in the men's contest.

The current champions of Santiago de Cuba, Guantánamo, occupying the second position, Capitalinas, Ciego de Ávila, Sancti Spíritus, Pinar del Río, Villa Clara and Camagüey are the groups enrolled in the LSB for women.
