The PACE winter session has ended.

According to APA's British office, the winter session that started on January 23 in Strasbourg ended today.

During the session, Tiny Cox was re-elected PACE president.

Also, a resolution was adopted on the legal and human rights aspects of the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, PACE supported the creation of an international tribunal on the war in Ukraine.

Within the session, discussions were held in PACE on the situation on Lachin road.

Azerbaijani MPs responded to allegations regarding the Lachin road at the PACE.

Samad Seyidov, the chairman of Azerbaijan's delegation to PACE, said that Armenia is trying to deceive international organizations and advised Armenia to start thinking about sustainable peace in the region together with Azerbaijan instead of begging international organizations.

Also, an exhibition of Azerbaijani carpets was held at the headquarters of the Council of Europe.
