The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the highest judicial body of the UN, will hold public hearings on the case of Azerbaijan against Armenia on January 31.

APA informs that information about this was shared on the website of the BEM.

It was noted that public hearings on the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Azerbaijan vs. Armenia) will be held in the Peace Palace in The Hague.

The session will be presided over by presiding judge Joan E. Donoghue.

The information emphasized that the hearings will be devoted to the request of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the appointment of temporary measures to Armenia on January 3, 2023.

The session will start at 10:00 local time.

From 10:00 to 12:00 hours will be devoted to the arguments of Azerbaijan and from 16:00 to 18:00 hours to Armenia.
