During the war, the leader of the band "Ocean Elsa"

Svyatoslav Vakarchuk

visited various cities and hot spots on the front.

This time the artist went to Bakhmut, which the occupiers had already turned into real ruins.

Vakarchuk went to the city in the Donetsk region to support our defenders, who fight off enemy attacks every day in fierce battles.

The musician recorded the video against the background of a destroyed city to the sounds of explosions and cannonade.

"It's hot here, but the city is unconquered, like all of Ukraine. The heroes who defend Bakhmut and other Ukrainian cities and villages are not just heroes - they are people who have already entered history. It is a great honor to be next to them. May each of them remain alive and unharmed and returns victorious," Vakarchuk said.

Together with the soldiers in the shelter, the singer performed the legendary song "Chervona Ruta" on the guitar, as well as his hit "Everything will be fine", and wished our defenders to win and return home as soon as possible.

"These performances to the sound of cannonade in Bakhmut are special. The city, which until recently was one of the most successful in the region, is a real ruin. But today we are fighting not only for houses. We are fighting for our people and values," Vakarchuk wrote under the video. .
