Russia has serious problems with commanders at the platoon or company level.

In particular, the advanced units of the Russian army lack approximately 40 percent of junior commanders.

Andriy Chernyak, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reported this in a comment to RBC-Ukraine.

He noted that staffing problems are noticeable, in particular, in units fighting in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"The Russian Federation will continue offensive actions, because it has not achieved its main goal - the full occupation of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. And it is in the units located there that we observe that the occupiers have serious problems with commanders at the platoon or company level," - he said.

That is why, as Chernyak explained, the mobilized are often thrown into assault operations without command and proper interaction between groups.

They may have some minor tactical successes, but die by the hundreds.

Also, according to him, there are problems with leadership in the Russian army

at the highest levels.

"We have already seen and continue to see the

frequent replacement of generals and commanders of various levels, who were unable to complete their tasks.

Apparently, this is their last chance to correct the situation and at least partially achieve their goals. Therefore, according to our estimates, staffing problems with the command staff Russians will only increase every day," added Andriy Chernyak.

We will remind, according to the latest data of the Armed Forces, Russian troops are not succeeding near Soledar in Donetsk region.
