Raskomnadzor has restricted access to the websites of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the State Department's Rewards for Justice program, the Raskomsvaboda project reports.

The TASS agency was informed by the Roskomnadzhod that the reason for the blocking was allegedly the spread of fakes.

Raskomnadzor told RBC that the sites belong to "state structures of enemy countries" and distribute materials aimed at destabilizing the situation in Russia and discrediting the army.

The representatives of the American side did not comment on the notification about the blocking of websites.

In May 2022, the CIA published special memos in Russian on its official website and social networks, which talk about how to safely contact the secret service.

One of the employees of the intelligence agency told reporters that these instructions are aimed at "those who feel obligated to contact the CIA because of the unjust war waged by the Russian government."

The FBI regularly launches advertising campaigns on social networks in various languages, including Russian.

For example, in January of this year, the special service spread a message on Facebook that mobilization can radically change life, and asked to contact FBI agents.
