(Central News Agency) Poland will reinforce Ukraine with 60 tanks to help fight Russian aggression, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy praised it today.

Zelensky tweeted: "Thank you... for making such a big decision to deliver 60 combat vehicles to Ukraine, 30 of which are the famous PT-91 main battle tanks, and 14 Leopards."

Earlier this week, Germany and the United States also announced plans to supply Ukrainian tanks.

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki made the above statement in an interview with CTV News yesterday.

"Currently, we are preparing to support 60 modernized tanks of our country, of which 30 are PT-91 main battle tanks and 14 are Leopard 2 tanks," Moraveczic pointed out.

He also said that since the start of the Russo-Ukrainian war, Poland had delivered "250...or more" to Ukraine.
