The cook said that he often receives questions from his followers on Instagram about how he manages to look so great at the age of 51.
In an interview, Hector shared that he was not always like this and showed a photo from five years ago.
In the archive photo, Jimenez-Bravo was still overweight and not fit.
But in the next photo, the cook in his underpants showed off his strong physique.
"I went into sports because I was overweight. Not only did it look bad, but it was also very harmful to my health," shared Hector.
At first, as the boss recalled, it was difficult for him to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle, but over time, the training still gave the desired result.
"You have to remember. There is never a quick result. To reach the goal, you have to go, in small steps, but go and not give up," Hector advised.
The cook also urged others not to criticize people who have certain problems with weight, because it can appear in a person for various reasons, not only due to nutrition.
"It doesn't matter if you're thin, or athletic, or smooth. There are many health problems, genetics. Sometimes you just can't control your body. That's why it's important not to criticize other people and think that you're perfect, that's discrimination." - emphasized Hector.
