"The bill to investigate the Prosecutor General was not made for Ivan Geshev. The name of the Prosecutor General does not matter".

This is what Deputy Minister of Justice Emil Dechev said on Nova TV regarding the accusation by Ivan Geshev that he is in favor of his removal.

Asked if he expects the bill to be passed, Denchev replied that the debates in the National Assembly should continue today, with the possibility of the bill being voted on in the first reading.

Deputies continue with the judicial reform

"But I expect everything.

If there is good political will, it is possible that it will be examined in a legal committee next week.

But the key here is whether there is political will to pass this bill.

Everyone said that this one is good," said the Deputy Minister of Justice.
