COMMUNITY of Parents of Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM), Arusha District, has started preparations for the 46th anniversary of the birth of CCM by planting trees in three wards of Arusha City in parallel with giving seminars to various leaders of the community.

Leading during the event, the Chairman of the community in Arusha District, Ali Juma Mwinyimvua 'Ally Meku', said that the community supports President Samia in various tasks, including speaking about education, training and projects implemented by CCM.

He said that the trees planted in Sinoni Ward at Ukombozi Primary School will be an example as the school has shown the way in environmental care in tandem with quality education.

"Parents, tell us about the duties of the President, we all see them and I insist that we supervise the upbringing of our children, but we have also taken up the challenge of the lack of an administrative building in the school here, as parents we are working on this matter," he said.

Earlier, the Principal of Ukombozi Primary School, Fanuel Kighera, thanked the incident of planting various trees in the school and asked the party to help them find an administration building, as they are currently using one classroom and turned it into an office for 61 teachers to use.

Also, the other parents organized themselves in Levolosi County and Central County to plant trees.
