An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.6 was recorded in Kyrgyzstan today, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center reported, as quoted by TASS.

The earthquake was registered not far from the border of Kyrgyzstan with Kazakhstan.

The epicenter of the earthquake is 197 km southeast of the Kazakh city of Almaty.

The depth of the earthquake is 10 km, writes BTA.
