This causes problems.

It should not happen.''

Thakur is in Mumbai to inaugurate the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Film Festival, which will showcase 58 films from the regional grouping of eight Eurasian countries.

"There should be no restriction on creativity," Thakur said.

He said that the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting receives complaints regarding content on the OTT platform, but about 95 percent of the complaints are resolved at the level of producers and others are resolved at the second stage of 'Association of Publishers'.
