According to a well-known astrologer, the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, has been hiding behind his doppelgänger at so-called public appearances for a long time.

Vlad Ross also said where exactly the real Putin is hiding.

This was discussed in an interview with TSN.ua astrologer.

"We now see on TV screens a person who presents himself as Vladimir Putin. We look at his double all the time. Even I personally began to notice absolute differences in appearance. This is a completely different person. Even with the students on January 25, there was his double. This is no Vladimir Putin! Vladimir Putin is simply gone. At least on TV screens of the Russian Federation," the astrologer said.

According to some sources, Ross said, Putin is changing his shelters.

"Sometimes he lives in a bunker beyond the Urals, sometimes in Tiva (a subject of the Russian Federation, part of the Siberian Federal District - ed.), closer to China," Ross added.
