BGN 6,000 guarantee for the owner of the dog that bit a child badly in a Haskovo village

The owner of the animal, Anastas Karaivanov, has been fined several times because of the many dogs he keeps and often lets loose around the village.

After the incident, the man was detained for 24 hours and subsequently released on bail.

"Unfortunately, such are our laws. If I had done something to the dog, they would probably have given me an effective sentence. Apparently, dogs are more expensive to the state than children. We are conducting a civil case and will continue to fight, because for us this sentence is ridiculous," Radeva was categorical.

At the moment, there is only one dog in front of Karaivanov's house.

However, the people of Vaglarovo live in fear, because according to them, after the light sentence, he will start breeding aggressive breeds of dogs again.
