Kolkata:

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Governor CV Anand Bose arrive together at Kolkata Raj Bhavan for the Governor's 'Hate Khori' program organized on the occasion of Saraswati Puja.

In this program, the Governor was given the initiation of the Bengali alphabet, under which his process of learning Bengali language was formally started and this initiation took place at the hands of a nine-year-old child.

The program organized in the lawns of Raj Bhavan began with the recitation of "Saraswati Bandana" by eminent singer Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty.

During this a cordial relationship was witnessed between the Governor and the Chief Minister.

Significantly, before this, a lot of controversy was seen between Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar and Mamta Banerjee on many issues.

Till now, Governor Bose has kept himself within a limited range.

He has not paid much attention to political issues till now.

Let us tell that Dhankhar was criticized a lot for violating the constitutional role of the Governor.

The Trinamool Congress had complained that they had made the Raj Bhavan an extension of the BJP office.

However, resentment is being seen in the state BJP regarding the closeness of the present Governor with the CM.

Senior BJP leader Suvedu Adhikari did not participate in the program by tweeting his condemnation.

BJP leader Swapan Dasgupta has questioned the priorities of the governor.
