The Russians are turning the captured territories of Luhansk region into a real concentration camp.

They are setting up torture chambers and building new prisons.

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhii Gaidai, FREEDOM informs.

According to him, the more losses the Russian troops have, the more brutal their methods of killing local residents will be.

And the methods will become more brutal and cruel every time.

Gaidai said that the occupiers are holding people suspected of aiding the Armed Forces in torture camps.

"So far, we do not have accurate information, but there is information from local residents that, unfortunately, such torture chambers have been built in some areas of the occupied Luhansk region. Well, maybe they are not exactly prisons, they are more torture chambers after all , where local people suspected of collaborating with the Armed Forces are kept," he said.

According to the head of the OVA, selective raids among people have become more frequent in the region.

The occupiers can simply detain those they don't like.

"The occupiers enter some settlement, take away the first people they don't like, in the number of 10, plus or minus, people, take them to Luhansk, directly to prisons, and people don't always return from there. Far from all," — says Gaidai.

He also commented on the information that the occupiers are building new prisons in the Luhansk region.

The head of the OVA is sure that with such actions the Russians want to intimidate local residents, as well as fight deserters in their own army.

"Because today all this is done in such a semi-artisan way. They catch their deserters or take defectors who do not want to go to the front simply as "cannon fodder", then give them to the "kadyrivs", who then do whatever they want Starting with physical violence, all the way to death, and ending with just violence in the most brutal forms," ​​noted Serhiy Gaidai.
