The President of Ukraine,

Volodymyr Zelenskyi

, said that he is not currently interested in a meeting with the dictator of the Russian Federation, Volodymyr Putin.

The head of state wants the Russian occupiers, whom Putin sent to destroy Ukraine, to leave our country as soon as possible.

He said this in an interview with the British TV channel Sky News.

He noted that although Moscow talks about the alleged possibility of negotiations with Kyiv, the Kremlin is lying outright, as the Russian invaders continue to attack Ukraine with missiles.

When asked about the negotiations, Zelenskyi said that at the moment he is not interested in meeting with Putin and talking to the dictator.

Zelensky said: "After a full-scale invasion, for me (Putin) is nobody."

Zelenskyi also stated that Ukraine is not going to fight on the territory of Russia.

The only wish is that the Russians stop the war as soon as possible and leave the territory of Ukraine.

"I'm not interested. I'm not interested in meeting, I'm not interested in talking... I really don't understand who makes the decisions in Russia. I don't want to fight on Russian territory. I just want them to stop the war as soon as possible and leave our country as soon as possible. I can I can tell you for sure that if they leave our territory, the war will end. That's it," Zelensky said about the peace talks.

Speaking about the risk of a new possible large-scale attack by the Russian Federation on Ukraine, the president noted that Russia is losing thousands of soldiers, but is not ready to stop.

Zelensky thanked for the tanks that the West will provide, but warned that their quantity and delivery time to Ukraine are "critical".

The President emphasized that it is extremely important for Ukraine to have a defense force.

"It all depends on how well we can hold them back... In the east they are advancing and losing a lot of people. It's just an incredible number. They don't care. They don't count their men. That's a fact. We count their men. But in we don't have exact numbers. There are many more victims from their side. But from what we have already seen and counted, thousands of dead from their side, and they just keep throwing them, and throwing them, and throwing them," Zelenskyi said.

It will be recalled that earlier, commenting on the possibility of peace negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that he currently does not understand with whom he should sit down at the negotiating table and is not sure that the

leader of the Russian Federation, Volodymyr Putin, is alive at all.

During the G20 summit, Zelenskyi named the terms of peace with Russia

.

In particular, the Russian Federation must withdraw its troops from Ukrainian territory and pay for the damage caused.

However, in Moscow they deny them and put forward their own absurd conditions.

Thus, the spokesman of the Russian dictator Putin, Dmytro Peskov, said that

Russia will continue the genocidal war because it shows "common sense".

In addition, Peskov stated that no "peace plan" for Ukraine

can exist without taking into account "today's realities",

that is, the so-called "inclusion" of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions into the Russian Federation.

The former commander of American forces in Europe, General Ben Godges, emphasized that the

war must be ended on the battlefield.

He explained that the Russians did not give up and did not change their plans regarding the war against Ukraine, so negotiations with the aggressor country do not make sense.

And Polish President Andrzej Duda noted that the war in Ukraine, started by the Russian Federation under the leadership of dictator Putin, may end at the negotiating table, but

there are currently no prerequisites for this.
