Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security Council, said that the Russians are preparing for a powerful attack on Ukraine.
This may happen in a month or two.
He said this on January 25 on the telethon.
"The Russians are now at their maximum concentration, they are preparing for an offensive. This is not a surprise for us. We understand that in a month, one and a half or two months they will start active actions, all the maximum resources available on the territory of Russia will be used," he said Danilov.
The Secretary of the National Security Council also warned Ukrainians that the aggressor country is preparing new information operations against our country and is recruiting "criminal authorities" from the Kharkiv region.
"The 5th Department of the FSB continues to work on the territory of Ukraine, they are trying to attract criminal authorities, especially from the Kharkiv region. We are monitoring all this, and I want to address these young people who are in the UAE: guys, when you return to your homeland, you everyone will be behind bars. We need to protect the country, not play with the FSB," stressed Oleksiy Danilov.
The threat of a new attack on Ukraine
At the end of 2022, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyi informed that Russia was preparing for a new powerful offensive against Ukraine.
The head of the Armed Forces does not rule out that Kyiv may become a target of the occupiers again.
Representatives of the Ukrainian authorities, in particular Volodymyr Zelenskyi, also warn about the threat of an offensive.
The representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Vadym Skibitskyi, also warns of a new powerful attack by Russian invaders on the territory of Ukraine.
