New nuances have appeared in the mobilization in Ukraine - recently, the police have increasingly started reporting suspicions to evaders, after which case materials are sent to court.

For example, in the Zhytomyr region alone, the police have reported three similar cases over the past few days.

"Investigators of the Zhytomyr regional police department have completed a pre-trial investigation into the illegal acts of a conscript who had been trying to avoid a visit to the Military Commissariat for no reason since the fall," the police of the Zhytomyr region reported. children. At the same time, the man is conscripted and, according to doctors' opinion, fit for military service. It was also known about the suspect that he is accused of a number of illegal acts in the field of official activity and against the life and health of other persons."

"It is about inflicting minor bodily injuries. This Zhytomyr man avoided meeting with the police in every possible way. In addition to him, suspicions have been announced against two more citizens who are evading the draft. One of them passed the military medical commission and did not appear before the military police, the other received summons and also did not appear," Alla Vashchenko informed us.

He attacked visitors from the military base with a scythe 

At the same time, as it turned out, there were cases when conflicts between the families of conscripts and representatives of the military even reached the point of shooting.

Hoshchansky district court of the Rivne region dated January 19 of this year.

This court sentenced a local resident who attacked representatives of the military with a scythe to three years of probation.

The latter came to deliver the summons to his brother.

The man caused a quarrel, spoke obscenely, took a scythe and tried to injure the lieutenant.

"He stopped his actions only after three warning shots fired by the victim in accordance with the Statute of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, after which the accused disappeared from the scene," the verdict reads.

"When I came to them with the police, they didn't open the door. The second time, representatives of the military came. The man jumped out with a scythe and started running after them. Mobilization did not stop

In turn, the Ministry of Defense confirmed to us that the right to serve summons is granted not only to representatives of procurement centers, but also to heads of condominiums, ZHEKs, and employers.
