The Central Council of the Revolutionary Party (CCM), Iringa district has sued the director of the district council, Bashir Muhoja, against the member of the CCM Taifa Central Council (MNEC), Salim Asas, claiming that there is no good relationship between them, thus affecting the monitoring of implementation of their Notice.

The report of the meeting which was attended by more than 130 members and given by its Chairman, Costantino Kiwele has asked the MNEC to present their complaints to the President, Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan about the ongoing situation in the district which is not healthy in the implementation of the Notice.

Receiving the complaint, Asas has promised to convey it to the Regional Political Committee, one of whose members is the Iringa Regional Head, so that it can be worked on before it is brought to the highest authorities.

Asas reminded the importance of government officials to cooperate with the party, saying that sometimes their operational mistakes have caused their party great criticism from the people and their political competitors.

"That is, you may find that a mistake is made by the Director or some executive, but the blame comes to us because we are the ones who created this government.

And instead of those executives thanking them sometimes for defending them, the reward is not wanting to cooperate with us," he said.

At the same time, Asas has asked the council to cooperate with fellow CCM members to ensure that they do work that will keep their party in power, continue to strengthen the party and speak for the government for all the work it does.

He has also promised to give CCM financial support to the district, so that it can complete its project of building business doors on the outskirts of its offices which will be one of its sources of income.

In order to further strengthen itself economically, he has advised the party at various levels to focus on tree and avocado farming, saying that the sector can generate reliable income if properly managed.
