On January 25, US President Joe Biden made a statement about aid to Ukraine.

Note that the speech of the American leader was announced by CNN with reference to the White House.

Biden is likely to announce the transfer of 30 Abrams tanks to Ukraine. 

It will be recalled that earlier on January 25, Germany agreed to transfer 14 of its Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine and allowed other countries to transfer this equipment to Kyiv.
