An unannounced second wave of mobilization is underway in Russia, as part of which the Kremlin issues 100,000 new "mobs" per month.

Military expert, reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan

told about this in an exclusive interview with

TSN.ua.

"

In order to carry out the mobilization, it makes no sense for them to announce it. It is going, no one stopped it

. Troops are being recruited - they are recruiting contract workers and mobilizing through the military commissars. It will be profitable for the Russians to announce the mobilization, to launch it into the information field only when it itself mobilization will be perceived by Russian society and will add points to the military-political leadership. If it is perceived negatively, no one will announce it, but it will be carried out," the military expert noted.

According to him, now "the

Russian mobilization machine has taken off and is releasing about 100,000 people in the regime of rifle units per month

."

As Svitan emphasized, "this regime is the maximum, they will not be able to increase it."

It will be recalled that military expert

Oleg Zhdanov

reported that Russia is planning a second wave of mobilization in January-February, and a third one sometime in May-June.

According to the expert, the Russian Federation wants to gather 1,200,000 troops by the summer.

In turn, Russian Defense Minister

Sergei Shoigu

announced on December 29 that "we have completed partial mobilization."

However, according to rosZMI, Russian media were prohibited from distributing any statements about mobilization, even if they come from the State Duma or the Federation Council.
