The EU civilian mission to be deployed in Armenia will consist of approximately 100 people.

APA reports that this was reported to the civilian mission of the EU in response to a written request sent by Armenian Public Television.

It was emphasized that the mission will start operating in the coming weeks.

It was added that the EU civilian mission will be deployed in several cities of Armenia and will fully cover the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border, including Nakhchivan.

It should be noted that based on Armenia's request, the European Union has decided to send a two-year civilian mission to Armenia, including to the Armenia-Azerbaijani border.
