  • 3 tsp oil 

  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida 

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp coriander seeds 

  • 2 tsp chopped ginger 

  • 1 green chili 

  • 1/3 cup onion 

  • 1/3 cup carrots 

  • 4 cups cabbage finely chopped 

  • salt to taste 

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

  • 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder 

  • 2 tsp chaat masala 

  • 1 tsp kasoori methi

To prepare dough-

  • 2 cups flour

  • a pinch of salt 

  • 1/2 tsp ajwain 

  • 1 tsp ghee 

  • water as needed 

  • oil as required

Method-

  • First of all finely chop ginger, carrot and cabbage.

  • After this, put a little oil in the pan and add asafoetida, cumin, coriander seeds.

  • After this, add chopped ginger, green chillies and chopped onions to it. 

  • Now add a little salt to the grated carrots and chopped cabbage and fry for 1-2 minutes.

  • Then add turmeric, chilli powder, chaat masala, kasoori methi and mix it.

  • Then take out a small portion from the prepared dough and make a ball out of it and stuff the prepared cabbage masala inside it.

  • Prepare the paratha by rolling it lightly.

  • Put it in the pan and apply oil and bake it from both the sides.

  • Paratha is ready, you can pair it with chutney or raita.
