The sanctions imposed by the United States against Iran and Russia will bring the two countries together.
APA's Tehran office reports that Vyacheslav Volodin, chairman of the Russian State Duma, said this at a press conference held with the Iranian parliament chairman Mohammad Baghir Ghalibaf.
He said that relations between Iran and Russia have really developed.
"The relations between Iran and Russia should be useful and realistic.
"The signing of the memorandum of cooperation will deepen the relations between the two countries."
Vyacheslav Volodin expressed his hope that the delegation of the Iranian parliament will participate in the security conference to be held in Moscow in 2023: "We want a fair structure and a multipolar world with independent states.
Countries should freely choose their destiny and future.
