Former President Ma Ying-jeou went to Majiazhuang in Fengshuli, Tongxiao Township, Miaoli County early in the morning, and worshiped the ancestors with the local clan, and then went to Gongguan Township Wuheshan Wugu Palace to pay homage .

Ma Ying-jeou wished Taiwan "smooth weather, less typhoons, peace and security, more exports, and more children." He believed that the next presidential candidate should be able to prosper and peacefully cross-strait, diversify energy sources, and steadily promote democracy.
