.

In his conversation with them, Lukashenko identified three areas of conversation - the state border guard, refugees and the army.

He said that the flow of people from Asia, including from countries such as Afghanistan and a number of others, does not stop at the border.

In this regard, Lukashenko clarified that he wants to know which nationalities and countries are crossing the border of Belarus as refugees and how their flow is changing dynamically.

According to the Border Committee, 17,200 soldiers are near the Belarusian border on the Ukrainian side, 3,700 on the Polish side.

In total, the DPK has 23,500 soldiers on the borders of Belarus with Ukraine and the European Union.

The DPK also stated that Ukrainian border guards are allegedly causing provocations on the border with Belarus, in particular, "damaging border infrastructure, insulting and exerting psychological pressure on Belarusian border guards, demonstrative actions, including the use of weapons, sound equipment, lasers and leaflet".

They noted that in 2022, 88 such facts were recorded on the southern borders.

Earlier, for example, the Belarusian side considered it a provocation that the Ukrainian side hung the Belarusian national white-red-white flag on one of the sites.

In the story on the state television of Belarus, the Ukrainian flag was shown in the usual mode, and the national Belarusian flag was "blurred".

Chairman of the Border Committee, Anatoly Lapo, who is under sanctions from Ukraine, noted that last year it was necessary to "reorganize all parameters" of the state border protection in the south.
