At checkpoints in Lviv, at the entrances and exits from the city, cars are stopped en masse to serve

summonses

to men.

Summonses are issued in the city and to passers-by, as well as delivered to conscripts.

Residents of the city reported this on social networks.

In Lviv, mobilization measures have noticeably increased, hangings are handed out en masse in the city.

Local Telegram channels are flying with messages about this.

Delivery of summonses to conscript men was observed mostly in places with the largest crowd of people.

So, according to eyewitnesses, summonses were handed out, in particular near shopping centers, such as "Epicentr".

As the correspondents inform, cars are stopped en masse at roadblocks at the entrances and exits from Lviv.

In particular, on busy Horodotskaya and Kulparkivskaya streets, police officers together with employees of the picking center check documents.

Not only cars, but also pedestrians are stopped to serve summonses.

"At the Stryyska-Naukova intersection, they handed it to a boy who was walking his dog," said an eyewitness.

For the most part, military and patrol officers were spotted at public transport stops, near train stations, markets, gas stations, near supermarkets, shopping centers, and even in minibuses.

In addition, summonses are delivered to homes.

"Almost all mailboxes are filled with summonses! It says: "Warning of non-appearance" and that they will be handed over to the police! Addresses written with the last name," Lviv residents inform on social networks.

Activism with the delivery of summons was also noticed in other settlements of the Lviv region, where the situation is similar.

A video appeal of a military serviceman to the employees of the Skoliv Military District in the Lviv region is being circulated on the Internet.

According to the soldier, employees of the assembly center and policemen served summonses to the men in the car, as a result of which they slowed down the convoy carrying the fallen soldier.

"What are you doing? During the procession, when the brothers from the war are being taken, you slow down the whole procession and you issue summonses? I'm just very curious, what do you want to achieve with this? You disgrace the entire Armed Forces! And now to the police. I know, that there are many normal boys in the school police... Boys, aren't you ashamed to participate in the same mess? To stop the procession, to hand out summonses?", the military officer was indignant.

TSN.ua

asked the press service of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for a comment to find out whether such an active increase in the delivery of summonses means increased mobilization and whether it is connected with the instruction of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi to create a mobilization reserve.

However, they refused to comment on the phone, so we sent a request to the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and are currently waiting for a response.

It should be noted that there has been no official announcement of increased mobilization in Ukraine at the moment.

By the way, on Sunday, November 23, it became known that the head of state Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed the military command of Ukraine

to create reserve personnel

.

As the president explained, this is necessary in order for the defenders to be able to restore their strength after hostilities.

Zelenskyi also said that he could not reveal the details of the mobilization processes.

However, he assured that the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief has made relevant decisions, and the commanders are working on their implementation in their areas.

We will remind you that in Odesa, the military

forcibly detained and took

a man to the office while trying to serve him a summons.

The use of force was explained by the fact that a conscripted citizen unjustifiably insulted and humiliated employees of the recruitment and social support center.

The Odesa regional center of staffing and social support announced that they are conducting an official inspection regarding the improper behavior of the military.

The guilty are promised to be brought to disciplinary action.

Social networks are also discussing a video in which people in military uniform in Kyiv

attach a summons directly to the front door of an apartment

.

After that, they take a picture of her on their phone and leave.
