The command center was opened in December last year in the first stage. Under certain conditions, masks are not required to be worn outdoors. Luo Yijun said that in the future, the second stage of mask relaxation measures will use a "positive list" to specify the places where masks must be worn, such as hospitals, long-term care institutions and Public transportation is first-class, and other indoor areas not listed in the table are exempt from wearing masks.
