On Monday, January 23, forecasters warned of poor visibility on the roads of

Kyiv Oblast

due to fog.

In this regard, a yellow level of danger has been declared in the region.

This is reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

In particular, according to forecasters, visibility on the roads is expected to be 200-500 m (I level of danger, yellow).

Such weather will last for the first half of today.

"There will be fog in the Kyiv region in the first half of the day on January 23," the report said. 

Citizens were warned that such weather conditions could lead to deterioration of traffic on certain sections of roads and streets.

Drivers are asked to be careful on the roads and keep a safe distance.

Thus, according to Shchedrin, at the end of January and the beginning of February, the weather in Ukraine will be frosty, but the second half of the month is expected to be warm.
