On Monday, January 23, explosions rang out in the Kursk and Belgorod regions of Russia.

Locals are worried about problems with electricity supply.

Local Telegram channels write about it.

In the Kursk region, power lines were allegedly damaged due to shelling.

Due to this, part of the settlements remained without electricity.

The local authorities have traditionally blamed Ukraine for the shelling.

Also, on January 23, locals report about "cotton" in the Belgorod region.

Telegram channel administrators have already managed to reassure the Russians that there were no hits.

It should be noted that often Russian rockets or projectiles launched by the occupying army over Ukraine simply do not reach and fall on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The aggressor state immediately begins to accuse the Armed Forces of fictitious "strikes".

It will be recalled that on January 14, residents of the Kursk and Belgorod regions of Russia reported loud explosions.

Earlier, a resident of the Belgorod region appealed to the Russian dictator Putin because of the "constant shelling" of the city of Shebekino and the Valuy district.

The Russian woman does not understand "why they are like that, because they are Russia, not some Donbas over there."
