We do not look solid if a budgetary framework is not adopted for too long, but this does not call into question the functioning of the state.

The problem is that everything beyond base payments is being suspended, the most obvious casualty being capital expenditure.

This is what the economist Lachezar Bogdanov said for "Your Day".

"The extension law provided clarity on social payments, they were continued from last year. It is better to have a regular budget, in Bulgaria 3-year financial forecasts are also made, this gives predictability and the possibility of calculations. The prices of energy carriers and basic agricultural resources are back from before the previous winter," he stated.

An economist with a forecast of what the adoption of the euro will change in our country

According to him, there are several factors for inflation.

"One is the internal decisions, in this case how the prices of gas and electricity will be regulated, the other is the international markets, the third is the expectations. This is also the role of the big central banks - to restore the confidence of businesses and people that there will not be a galloping inflation and depletion of products and raw materials. Catastrophic expectations for the future must stop," Bogdanov believes.
