According to law enforcement officers, a Peugeot Partner car, driven by a 42-year-old resident of Chortkiv, and a "Bogdan" bus, driven by a 48-year-old resident of the village of Berezhany, collided.

The female passengers of the Peugeot car died at the scene of the accident.

"According to this fact, the investigators of the department of investigation of crimes in the field of transport of the State Police of Khmelnytskyi region have opened criminal proceedings under the third part of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and are currently establishing all the circumstances of the incident," the police said.
