24-year-old British Jess Prinsloo died due to an acute reaction of the body to milk.

She stirred the tea with a spoon that had traces of lactose on it.

The Mirror writes about it.

Jess suffered from a food allergy, namely to dairy products.

During lunch with her lover, the girl stirred tea with a spoon, which had the remains of milk sugar lactose - a carbohydrate of the disaccharide group contained in milk and dairy products.

Within seconds, Jess went into anaphylaxis, a potentially fatal reaction that causes the lining of the larynx to swell and blood pressure to drop dramatically.

The girl died in the hospital the next day, on New Year's Eve.

Craig returned home from South Africa with the ashes of his beloved.

The newlyweds met at the university in 2019, and after the quarantine in 2021, they began to live together.

Doctor Jess reported that the girl suffered from allergies since she was nine months old.

She was saved from anaphylactic shock for the first time at the age of 18.

Then the girl tried an Indian curry dish, one of the ingredients of which was milk.

Let us add that the accumulation of lactose in the human body, which is popularly called "milk sugar", causes serious complications.

Those who are diagnosed with it should be careful.

Lactose is found not only in milk and fermented milk products, but also in soft and hard cheeses, buttermilk, and butter.

If you have problems with lactose absorption, experts advise giving preference to dairy products without lactose.
