"The question of corruption in Bulgarian society in general will be very difficult to solve, because we do not want to solve it at any level".

Prof. Daniel Valchev, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Sofia University, said this in an interview for the program "This Saturday".

"If you enter a restaurant, for example, and no one from the waiters pays attention to you, there should be a salon manager who pays attention to you, if he doesn't, there should be a manager who pays attention to you .

And if no one paid attention to you, all three should be fired.

The same is the case with these practices, when someone has laid tiles that after three days break on the sidewalks in Sofia or any other city.

We say that we will ask the company to be a contractor, and the contractor company, the one who commissioned and the one who controls, must go.

We don't understand these levels of responsibility, everyone is on their own," explained Prof. Valchev.

Prof. Daniel Valchev: We are going to elections

According to him, sooner or later the mechanism for investigation and replacement of the chief prosecutor in Bulgaria will be adopted, because there cannot be someone who cannot be replaced for any reason.

However, according to him, just as with the change of the president, the mechanism should be more complex.

Prof. Valchev believes that the main reason for once again going to early elections is that our society is very divided and people no longer even know who to vote for.

He admitted that he is also not sure exactly who to vote for in the upcoming spring vote.
