The Chief of Katavi Region, Mwanamvua Mrindoko is angry with some executives for failing to solve the problems of the people on time, a situation that forces them to look for high level leaders including the President.

Following this situation, Mrindoko has asked all the leaders in the region to set up a procedure to listen to the concerns of the people and after that get a report on the state of conflicts and their resolution every one month, to help the President solve the challenges that are within their power before they reach him.

Speaking in a working session with various executives of government institutions, including ward executives, villages, divisional officers, local chairmen and council chairmen, RC Mrindoko said that the leaders' failure to be close to the people has caused some of the problems that needed to be resolved at those levels to be brought to the leaders of TAMISEMI to the White House, something he was not interested in.

He has asked the leaders to be fair by doing justice when a citizen makes a complaint, to refrain from corrupt practices so that the people have faith in their leadership especially when a solution to something is given.

He has also asked the leaders to be close to the people, to make it easier for the people to convey their concerns in time before they take the decision to look for high-level leaders.
