called on the participants of "Ramstein" to speed up the supply of weapons for the Armed Forces.

After all, time and the prolongation of the war play into the hands of the Russian occupiers. 

The head of state stated this in his speech via video link.

"Time remains Russia's weapon. We have to speed up," the president emphasized.

Zelensky added that the Kremlin "must lose" and the war will decide "in which world we will live."

He called on his partners to make decisions that would rid the government of Moscow's evil.

"You are strong people from powerful countries. I urge you to make such decisions that can deprive Russian evil of any power... It is in your power to guarantee the artillery and planes that will suppress terror. It is in your power to win," he said.

According to the head of state, he is very grateful for the help, but Ukraine is still waiting for tanks: "Hundreds of thanks are not hundreds of tanks. We can all use thousands of words for discussions, but I cannot choose words instead of the weapons that are needed against Russian artillery , or instead of anti-aircraft missiles, which are needed to protect people from Russian strikes."
