Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US Army, General Mark Milli, said that the losses of the Russian army were "more than a hundred thousand".

According to information reported by APA with reference to UNIAN, Milli said this at a briefing held in Ramstein, Germany.

"The last time I spoke about Russian losses, I said that their number exceeded 100,000.

Now I will say that their losses significantly exceeded 100 thousand people.

Russian soldiers have suffered huge losses.

We are talking about the regular army, mercenaries of the "Wagner" group and other forces fighting on the side of the Russian Federation," said the general.

"Russia has announced mobilization.

They wanted to gather 300,000 people.

"I think between 200,000 and 250,000 people have gathered," the general added.

The American commander stressed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are also losing a lot in terms of personnel.
