The proposal to hear the foreign minister was submitted by the chairman of "Vazrazhdane" and the parliamentary committee on policies for Bulgarians abroad, Kostadin Kostadinov, and is the third item on the agenda.

The secretary of the cultural club "Tsar Boris Treti" Hristiyan Pendikov in Ohrid was beaten last night, MEP Andrey Kovachev announced on his Facebook profile.

This morning, "Vazrazhdane" issued a statement from the rostrum of the National Assembly in connection with the attack on Pendikov and demanded that the issue of the rights of the Macedonian Bulgarians be raised at the upcoming Foreign Affairs Council on January 23 in Brussels and personally before Josep Borel - the High Representative of the EU on foreign and security policy.
