APA's Moscow correspondent reports that employees of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Russia, the Russian representative office of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, activists of the Azerbaijani Youth Union of Russia and representatives of the diaspora laid wreaths and flowers in front of the national leader Heydar Aliyev's bas-relief in the embassy building, as well as in front of the memorial stand created in front of the building.
