The figures in the "BelaPAN" case were accused of creating an "extremist organization" under Part 1 of Art.
3611 of the Criminal Code (Aleksandrov, Levshina, Navazhilov), "treason against the state" under Part 1 of Art.
356 (Aleksandrov, Zlobina), non-payment of taxes in a large amount under Part 2 of Art.
243 (Aleksandrov, Navazhilov), as well as in the preparation of citizens to participate in riots under Part 2 of Art.
342, which was allegedly manifested in the payment of fines to protest participants (Aleksandrov, Zlobina).
