Javier Colomina, the special representative of the NATO Secretary General for the Caucasus and Central Asia, arrived in the South Caucasus this week and visited Armenia and Azerbaijan.

According to APA's news with reference to NATO's official website, the visit is part of regular political consultations with partners.

Kolomina met with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan and other officials in Armenia.

The special representative met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and other officials.

At the meeting, regional security issues and the situation in the Lachin Corridor were exchanged.
