APA informs that in the article published by the Armenian newspaper "Jogovurd" on the issue, one of the arrested within the framework of the investigation of the criminal case opened regarding the beating of the current head of the MFA (former speaker of the parliament) Ararat Mirzoyan disclosed some details of the incident to the country's National Security Service (NSS).

That person said that he really wanted to shoot Ararat Mirzoya.

But he thinks he is not capable of it.

The name of the person arrested due to preliminary investigation has not been mentioned.

It should be noted that some time ago, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Armenia released information that the person in question joined the group that attacked the protesters, especially Ararat Mirzoyan, on November 10, 2020, after learning about the riots that took place near the government building and the parliament in Yerevan.

He got ahead of the protesters and approached Mirzoyan, who was lying on the ground, and kicked him.

It should be noted that during the riots, Mirzoyan suffered numerous bodily injuries, lost consciousness and damaged his eye.
