Lithuania provides Ukraine with a new defense aid package, which includes two Mi-8 helicopters, L-70 anti-aircraft guns and ammunition.

The Minister of National Defense of Lithuania, Arvydas Anusauskas, announced this on Twitter.

"I have some good news from Lithuania for Ukraine. The new Lithuanian lethal aid package for Ukraine consists of dozens of L-70 anti-aircraft guns, ammunition and two Mi-8 helicopters," Anusauskas stressed.

The defense minister added that the total cost of the future support package is approximately 125 million euros.

It will be recalled that the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba said that it was possible to unblock the provision of almost all types of weapons to Ukraine by partners, except fighter jets and long-range missiles.
