He turned out to be a 31-year-old local resident who hid the car in the garage.

The police detained him and placed him in a temporary detention center, and the car was confiscated.
After the accident, investigators informed the violator of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code.
He faces up to 8 years behind bars.
