However, during the trial of the High Court, Huang Qi withdrew the appeal of the crime of forgery and other possible fines of 420,000 yuan, so it was confirmed in the first instance; for money laundering and other crimes that cannot be easily punished, the High Court decided that Huang Qi had not fraudulently obtained Ms. Liu's litigation costs of 30 million yuan were acquitted, and 23.17 million yuan was exempted from being confiscated.

The guilty part is that the High Court found that Huang Qi had violated the Personal Data Protection Act "illegal use of personal data", and was given a light sentence of 5 months in prison and a fine from Yike. Interpretation No. 812 declared that forced work was unconstitutional, and the second instance was therefore revoked.

Huang Qi was hospitalized because the mother of her boyfriend surnamed Zhan suffered from cancer. He said that there was a channel to arrange for Zhan's mother to receive treatment at National Taiwan University Hospital, but he pretended to be the secretary of the director of National Taiwan University Hospital, and called the Taipei Veterans General Manager, pretending that the director of National Taiwan University needed medical treatment.
