Destroying Ukraine has never been Russia's goal, but Moscow will not tolerate Ukraine becoming a Russophobic dictatorship.

APA reports that Vasili Nebenzya, Russia's permanent representative to the UN, said this.

"As we have emphasized many times - Russia has no intention of eliminating Ukraine as a state and has never done it. However, we cannot and will not tolerate the emergence of a hateful Russophobic and anti-Christian dictatorship in one step," said Nebenzya at the initiative of the UN Security Council Russia. He said at the session held on the discussion of human rights in Ukraine.
