Chef Guntas Sethi also shared the recipe of an amazing Laksa Noodle Soup.

To make this, first take small onion, garlic clove, lemongrass stalk (white part chopped), roughly chopped ginger, red chili, fresh turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, water and Kashmiri red chili paste. Prepare a paste.

Fry the paste in a pan and start adding vegetables to it.

You can add carrot, mushroom and chopped baby corn.

She also used vegetable stock, soy sauce, coconut milk, coconut sugar and chili oil, and added tofu and basil leaves.

Boil the noodles separately.

While serving, first add noodles and then pour soup over it.
