In the West Azerbaijan Community, hearings were held with intellectuals represented in the Community's leadership team and a group of scientists and specialists regarding the proposals for the "Return Concept" project.

It was noted that Aziz Alakbarli, chairman of the West Azerbaijan Community, member of parliament, who opened the event with an introductory speech, first talked about the tasks facing the Community in general.

The chairman of the community emphasized that work is underway on the "Return Concept" project proposed by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in his program speech at the meeting with a group of intellectuals during the opening of the administrative building of the West Azerbaijan Community on December 24.

He said that it is the right of these people to return to Western Azerbaijan, to their ancestral homelands, and special attention is paid to such issues in the draft concept of the right to return in international conventions, as well as peaceful implementation.

In this regard, the chairman emphasized the importance of listening to the opinions and suggestions of intellectuals participating in the event.

Head of the women's council of the community, deputy Malahat Ibrahimgizi, deputy Etibar Aliyev, head of the Community's Control-Inspection Commission Vahid Novruzov, president of the MQF Rauf Zeyni, professor Ibrahim Bayramov, historian scientist Nazim Mustafa, research scientist Nazir Ahmadli, professor Galey Allahverdiyev and others. They voiced their proposals regarding the "Return Concept" project.

During the event, in accordance with the call of the Community, written proposals received from the general public regarding the "Return Concept" project were reviewed.
